It is not as if no one knows the world is in turmoil.
It is not as if we are sticking our heads in the sand.
It is not as if we want to spend vast amounts for oil.
It is not as if we don't fight for right and take a stand.

or

Is it? Do we?

PRAY for WORLD PEACE.

Surely God sees all, knows all, is ALL.
He reads our hearts.
He knows if we sin by commission or omission.
He is coming;
He will be judging
if we let the world go by
if we let the world go bye...

(sigh)

without even a prayer -
Do we care?
Do we dare - not to pray?

To PRAY for WORLD PEACE ?

While attending Mass, when Father Mark elevated the Large Consecrated Host and said: "My friends, THIS is JESUS, the LAMB of GOD who takes away the sins of the world. Happy are those called to His Supper," I felt as if the LORD in that HOST was consuming me. I felt I was being drawn into the HOST, and into the Divine Person of Jesus.

I wondered how it was He was presenting Himself as consuming me and it humbled me to experience this.

I proceeded, after bowing, to consume HIM at the appointed time.
